License and usage rights
When you buy a file from AI Handcrafts you are buying a license to use it, not the copyright itself. The license you receive depends on the option you choose at checkout.
Personal License (included with every purchase)
- Print for yourself, your household and gifts.
- Display in your own home.
- Use in personal, non-commercial projects and social posts.
Commercial License (add-on)
- Use in paid client work and interior design projects.
- Display in offices, rentals, cafés, salons, hotels and other commercial spaces.
- Print and sell physical products that incorporate the artwork, up to 500 units per design.
Extended License (by request)
- Print-on-demand and mass production beyond 500 units.
- Brand campaigns, packaging and merchandise programmes.
- Email powersolutions202610@gmail.com with your use case for a quote.
Not permitted under any license
- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or sharing the files, in whole or in part.
- Selling the files as digital downloads, templates or asset packs.
- Uploading the files to stock image sites, marketplaces or free-download sites.
- Using the files to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models.
- Minting the artwork as an NFT.
- Claiming authorship of the underlying artwork or registering it as your own copyright.
What we do not promise
Because the artwork is AI-assisted, we do not warrant that it is unique worldwide, and we do not offer exclusivity. We grant you the rights described above and nothing more. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
