Is this a physical product?
No. Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. You receive your files immediately after payment.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you land on a page with your download links, and we also email the links to the address you enter at checkout. Keep that email — the links stay valid and you can re-download at any time.
What file formats and sizes are included?
Each product page lists its exact contents. As a rule, printable wall art ships as high-resolution PNG and PDF files at 300 DPI in several print ratios, so one purchase covers common frame sizes from 4×6 inches up to 24×36 inches, plus ISO sizes A5–A1 and 50×70 cm. Pattern and asset products list their own formats (PNG, SVG, JPEG).
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We colour-grade every file on a calibrated display, but monitors and printers vary. Matte art paper or heavyweight matte photo paper gives the closest match. If a print comes out visibly wrong, contact us and we will help.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Every purchase includes a Personal License for your own home and personal projects. Client work, offices, rentals, cafés and print-on-demand require a Commercial License, which you can add at checkout or request by email. Full terms are on our license page.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing the files publicly, or using them to train AI models is not permitted under any license we offer.
Do you accept returns?
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final for change of mind. If a file is corrupted, will not open, or does not match its description, contact us and we will re-send it or refund you. EU and UK consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal — see our refund policy for how that applies to instant downloads.
Is the artwork AI-generated?
Yes, in part — and we say so. Our pieces are created with generative AI tools and then finished by hand. See how our art is made.
Do I need special software?
No. PNG, JPEG and PDF files open on any computer or phone. SVG files need a vector editor such as Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape or Cricut Design Space.
