1. About these terms
This store is operated by AI Handcrafts ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our License terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What we sell
We sell digital artwork files — printable wall art, patterns and design assets. Nothing we sell is a physical product. No item is shipped, no shipping fee is charged, and no delivery address is required.
3. Delivery
Download links are provided immediately after payment is confirmed, both on the order confirmation page and by email to the address you enter at checkout. Links remain available in your order history. If your files do not arrive, contact us and we will re-send them.
4. Licence
Your purchase grants you a licence to use the files, not ownership of the copyright. The scope of that licence is set out on our License & Usage Rights page and depends on the tier you purchased. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Under no licence may you resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files; upload them to stock, marketplace or free-download sites; use them to train or evaluate AI models; or mint them as NFTs.
5. AI-assisted artwork
Our artwork is created with generative AI tools and finished by hand. We describe this openly on our How Our Art Is Made page. We do not claim copyright over AI-generated elements and we do not warrant that any artwork is unique worldwide.
6. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Where required by law, sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the file format and resolution suit your intended use, for keeping your download links private, and for complying with the licence terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use our files in any way that infringes the rights of others, that is unlawful, or that misrepresents the artwork as your own original work or as human-created if it is not.
9. Intellectual property claims
If you believe any artwork on this store infringes your rights, email powersolutions202610@gmail.com with details. We will remove the listing while we investigate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including printing costs, framing costs or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
